Hi I have been in Belgium for 5 years. I have had a Car with a Netherlands number plate, leased and provided by my employer and i was able to register it commune for parking permit. and now the car has been swapped for a new one and when i try to register it they say the rules have changed and they wont be able to give parking permit if the number is not Belgium /registered at DIV, but DIV has a exception for registration in my type (dutch employer provide lease car). Im at a dead end and not sure how to get a parking permit. Anyone faced this situation and what to do?
