Do not buy a home or property before living in
the target area for at least one year.
In your introduction page, I don't see any
previous experience living on
this continent, facility in speaking Spanish or
experience in building homes.
If you post again, please tell us more about
relevant experience if you have it .. and why
the above rule might not apply to you.

Interview some local attorneys, preferably
experienced in property purchasing .. and
bi-lingual in Spanish legalese and in English.
The initial conversation should be gratis
since you are a prospective client.
