A rental contract is between a landlord and a tenant. What the tenant does is of no importance to a rental contract as long as the tenant gives guarantees that he pays rent on time.

I can already tell you that hardly you will find a landlord who will rent you a house for 4 months. Why don't you choose an AirBnb?

@JohnnyPT Thank you sir , I really appreciate your tremendous help on expat forum. Can we use Airbnb for digital nomad visa? I am also planing for long term residence. I heard from lawyers online expat, need home rental at least 4 months contract. I am not sure but if Airbnb will be supper.

I hope if currently any expat did this and succeeded in visa application.
