As Yoginee mentions, this is not related to expatriation and not really appropriate for this forum.
That aside, you can Youtube it most likely (there's how-to videos for many things), or call a qualified plumber/handyman to do it.

Ohho Yoginee & Romaniac, I didn't have any idea about it. Actually, I was so confused with this and not able to find any help so I put my question here.
If you guys suggest me some helpful resources please let me know.
