Do you mean English speaking? Because I can't imagine there will be many English builders.

You will find it very difficult to find an English speaking builder. I am speaking from experience dealing with tradesmen in the Baja area for around 10 years now. You can ask Hungarian freinds or employ translators to act as go betweens which works well.
