I have a question here & hope someone can help . I'm a PLOC holder & working for 3 months already but my company forgotten to submit to MOM but the company had apply so the date was bring forward 3 months so would there be any issues for me & employer ? Thanks

It says that you must show your LTVP and PLOC to the employer. The employer must then inform MoM before you start work.
If the employer made a mistake here, it is their responsibility (and MoM will decide upon any fine). They should in any case admit their mistake and inform MoM now, with true and correct information.
If they claim you started work later than yoiu actually did (which your post implies), this is not allowed and will get thgem into more trouble. But again, this is not your problem - you should only ask them to submit the truth.
