We are a family of 4 (with 2 kids aged 15 and 8) and are moving to Riyadh a week before Ramadan. My office is at the King Saud Medical University & Hospital.
I am thinking of booking a hotel room for the first week and then move into a 2 bedroom furnished apartment (on monthly rent) for 2-3 months till my Iqama and bank account etc are sorted. After that, once I get paid, we'll be looking to rent a 3 bedroom apartment or villa.
Can someone please advise on economical options (hotels and 2 bedroom furnished apartments) available near my office location?
Would 50 - 60,000 SAR be good fo cover first 2 months?
