Also a practising Occupational Health Safety and Environment physical, with special interest in food hygiene.

@Julien My name is Carissa Matthews, my husband started this week in Mahe, we are from South Africa and I am hoping to join him in December. I am a secretary at a Pre-Primary School in Johannesburg but I love sailing and I am a real waterbaby so hoping to get on the boats. I was working on a 40 foot catamaran in Sint Maartens in the Caribbean as a hostess so really look forward to getting back to what I love.
