Hi there, hope you guys can help as I haven't found anything similar.
- My partner has an approved fee paying student work visa and will be moving to NZ in January to start her studies.
- I have applied for a Partner of Student Visa which is currently pending a decision.
- We are both UK citizens
Is it possible/legal for me to travel with her in January under a tourist visa and then update my visa status once/if my Partner of student visa is approved?
Could this also be the case if I gain a work visa through an employer? I fully understand I am unable to work without a work visa or Partner visa.
Hopefully my question isn't confusing, I can provide any additional info or clarification if required.
