Will I be able to move permanently to Togo ?

Hello,


I retired in July 2022 and would like to spend the rest of my life in West Africa.


I have chosen Togo because of all the wonderful things I have learned and am learning about the country.


Since I am totally new to the process, I welcome all the help I can get.


My first big question is:  Will I be able to move permanently to Togo by end of August, next year, or is that too ambitious?

Have you contacted the Togo embassy to find out requirements to move to Togo permanently ? Residence permit etc?
