Thank you christine for your post.Indeed its not difficult to get a flat or an apartment whether unfurnished or fully furnished.The challenge we have with many clients especially from outside Kenya,is that they really do not have an idea of the prices of most apartments and houses,especially with regard to pricing and location.Secondly they  have afixed budget,based on what they want,and many  times it falls below what the market offers .Secondly the availability and the price is dependant on such factors as the high and low season,and the duraton of stay.will share more as we continue..........................

It is quite easy to find a flat or apartment in Nairobi. The prices range,depending on the location and size of apartment. There are very many agents who help out in this,although one has to be careful not to get a con artist,that is why it is advisable to make a local friend.
