You need to check your passport, there should be a printed Italian/Schengen Visa on it too. I think with a valid permesso di soggiorno and the passport, you shouldn't have any issues. Read More

As long you have a valid Schengen Visa, you can travel to all of these countries. I did a Italy - Austria - Germany - France - Italy trip this December. Read More

Actually they take away you're license and send it back to saudi officials. If the whole thing is documented properly, I think you'll have to apply for a new saudi license our convert the Bahraini license back to a saudi one. Read More
