My advice would be not to pay but take the bill and go the "your" AEE office. Bring a local friend or relative if your Spanish isn't good enough to talk about this. They will (have to) adjust the bill to a reasonable amount. I've ... Read More

Does anybody know or have had a problem with receiving an electric bill that is HIGH for time after Maria? I am told to not pay and wait till next cycle. Nobody answers AEE call either. Thanks! Lynn

Same here.. Water is there, on and off. Same goes for internet. More than disappointed with the federal "help". It's painfully clear that we're second class citizens and that not too many in DC care. Read More
