20sq meter house for 300000thb by johan456

I have land in rural Chiangmai and want to build a tiny house on it. I found a contractor who is willing to build it for me for 300000 THB. Brick walls, concrete floor, bathroom, tiled. Is it an okay price or way too much?

scbrock

@johan456 It sounds a little high to me but maybe it's ok for the area. I wouldget a 2nd or 3rd contractor quote if you are spending that amount. Are you sure you want something so small? Read More
