About Activity

Life offered me opportunities that I knew how to seize. I carried out different professional activities in various fields and I returned to my first loves. Since I created my Fitness studio in Pereybère, I have shared my know-how and my interpersonal skills with my coaches in their (re)shaping. My activity is expressed in 2 forms: - through one-to-one sessions to respond through individual and personalized sessions to the objectives of my coachees, - through group lessons during which I give alternatives allowing participants to carry out the exercises according to their levels. Listening, empathy, kindness and encouragement are the key words of my services.

I lived in a house in the countryside about twenty kilometers from Lyon. An ideal place for those who want to hit the road in whatever direction. My time, well taken up by work, was divided between friends, indoor and outdoor sports.
