Hello everyone. My self, my partner and our 4-month old son are arriving in Mauritius from the UK at the end of November and we are expecting to stay for the full 60-day visa allowance. This is an exploratory trip in that we are looking to move ...
If you come in on a tourist visa you will have to leave Mauritius in order to get your business visa on arrival. This can be done by taking a day trip to the nearby island of Reunion. Check the airfares to see whether this would be an option for ... Read More

Hello We are looking to hear about positive/negative issues with any of the following schools IPS, Lighthouse, Alexandra House, Clavis, Dukesbridge or Telfair. Many thanks :)
Good post as I would also be keen to know the answer. I did phone IPS the other day and they were “as much use as a chocolate teapot” 😂 Telephone manner and ability to answer basic questions was awful. This is making me wonder ... Read More

Can the local Mauritius companies offer similar salaries as the South African companies. The Mau salary guide says It manager earn 60 000 Mau. In SA you can earn 180 000 Mau and living costs are lower.
Hi External In this instance the basic salary is in usd and will therefore be paid into a foreign currency account. Usually these are held offshore / in another jurisdiction. Local salary will be in NGN and will be paid into a local bank account. ... Read More

Just to add to External’s very valid comments. I think there has to be a signed offer of employment in place before an occupational visa (assuming that is the visa your potential “employer” was going for) can be issued. It was ... Read More
Research: Is there a need for a specialized mother and baby store

PAYE FILLING FOR NON RESIDENT by EvaR
