Okay got it and makes sense. I did not file anything for the annulment in PH nor any foreign divorce from my side. My ex filed both the PH annulment and EU divorce. All is good as PH annulment concluded last year. Thanks for the input....cheers! Read More

As far as I understand, an Immigration Dept of most any country can deny a person entry (or re-entry) with no legal obligation to provide a reason. It is pointless writing the PH government or your government; an exercise in futility for your ... Read More

You should have a copy of the Black List Order and Watch List Order, which would provide the charge(s) and under which PH Act. Would also show the blacklist period. A five year blacklist order doesn't sound right for just swearing at a BI ... Read More
