Not really, some other merchants that ship to the island won’t do the IVU. Probably ebay and wish won’t charge the IVU. Or you can always have a friend or family ship it privately to you. Read More

I see plenty of sail boats and motor boats at La Parguera with out of state registration. I know you need to leave the territorial waters for a period of time in order to stay legal. Tons of snowbirds do that. Read More
