I come from France I bought a house in Bulgaria in 2007 in a small village called Djouliunisza near Velico Tarnovo and in 2011 I bought a small apartment in Pomomorie I am not Bulgarian I do not know the language but it is a fact the real estate is really worth it month I was lucky it was the Bulgarian acquaintances who helped me find a Bulgarian agency which are not thieves they do not speak French but English.
