Nicolas MICHAUX

Graduated in Business Law and Taxation in 1999, holder of the Diploma in Business Consulting Lawyer, I worked for 6 years as Legal and Tax Director of an accounting firm in Lorraine. In 2006 I created a wealth engineering firm in METZ (LEXIS CONSEIL) and a tax optimization consultancy firm in Luxembourg (ATROPOS CONSULTING). Since February 2014, I have also been responsible for the French desk at FIDINAM R&T Hong Kong, the city where I now reside. My activities consist of advising companies or individuals to optimize their legal and tax situation, by creating where necessary the appropriate company(ies) in the country best suited to their interests. In particular, we provide advice in HONG KONG but also the creation, domiciliation and annual monitoring of Hong Kong companies, for our local or European clients. Our FIDINAM network has more than ten locations around the world, to professionally cover all the interests of our clients and partners.
