About the candidate

After graduating with an associate degree in Tourism and Hotel Management from Anadolu University, I started working as a waiter in the food and beverage department at Richmond Hotels, part of the Aksoy Group. After a long period of employment, I was promoted to Head Waiter, and subsequently, in order to gain experience and improve my language skills, I worked for one year in the F&B department at the Intercontinental Hotel in Bucharest, Romania in 2007. After 2009, I gained extensive experience working for Royal Caribbean and Celebrity Cruises, two of the world's largest cruise ship companies, initially as a main dining room server, then as a culinary guide in their specialty restaurants, and finally as a head waiter/supervisor. In 2014, I worked for one year as the Private Yacht Club Restaurant Manager on the Presiosa cruise ship at MSC Cruise. Leveraging the knowledge and experience I gained in the cruise industry, I continued my career at the end of 2014 as a FB Assistant at the Rixos Quba Hotel in Azerbaijan. During my more than 8 years in Azerbaijan, I managed the opening and operation of numerous restaurants and hotels, and also provided training for hotels and restaurants in Azerbaijan.
