Pedagogical Employee starting in November 2026

Kidzz is looking for a Pedagogical Employee to join our international daycare team in Gràcia, Barcelona.

Period: November 2026 – end of July 2027, with the possibility of extension

Hours: 32 hours per week

Your responsibilities

- Providing daily care, supervision, and guidance to children

- Supporting children's emotional, social, and cognitive development

- Assisting with and leading age-appropriate activities

- Ensuring a safe, structured, and nurturing environment

- Communicating professionally with colleagues and parents

Requirements

- Relevant pedagogical qualification

- Proven experience working with children in age group 6 months – 6 years old

- A proficient level of English

- Affinity with working in an international environment

- Responsible, proactive, and team-oriented attitude

- Valid EU work permit or right to work in Spain
