Are you fluent in German and looking to build your career in an international environment? We are hiring German-speaking Customer Service Specialists to support well-known global brands in sectors such as travel, accommodation platforms, and financial services.
This is an on-site role in Gdańsk or Szczecin, with long-term career opportunities, full training, and relocation support for candidates moving to Poland.

Our client is a leading global outsourcing and customer experience provider, delivering customer service, sales support, back-office operations, and technical assistance for international brands. The company operates in multiple languages and supports clients across various industries, always focusing on high-quality customer experience.
Your Role
As a German-speaking Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting customers via phone, email, or chat, depending on the project. You will handle inbound inquiries and provide professional, friendly support.
Depending on the project, your responsibilities may include:
Supporting customers of international travel / accommodation platforms or banking & financial services
Handling inquiries related to reservations, accounts, payments, or services
Providing clear and accurate information to customers
Resolving standard issues and guiding customers to solutions
Ensuring a positive and professional customer experience
No prior industry experience is required – full training is provided.
Candidate Profile
German language: very good level (C1 or native)
English: communicative level
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-oriented mindset
Availability to work on-site in Gdańsk or Szczecin
EU passport or valid residence/work permit for Poland
Part-time opportunities may be available for selected projects.
⏰ Working Hours
Full-time roles (part-time possible depending on project)
Shift-based schedules (Monday–Sunday, 5 days per week)
Typical working hours between 07:00 and 22:00/00:00, depending on the project
Some projects offer the possibility to move to a hybrid model after the initial on-site period
Salary & Benefits
Salary depends on project and location, but typically includes:
Monthly salary: around 7,500 PLN gross/month (employment contract)
Performance-based bonus (up to 5% or approx. 800 PLN/month)
Attendance bonuses (up to 3,000 PLN, project-dependent)
