About the candidate

Hello, my name is Florian Couvert, I am 24 years old and I have been a cook since the age of 16. I have obtained the following qualifications: CAP (Vocational Certificate), MCCDR (Master's Degree in Culinary Arts and Dairy Production), and BAC PRO (Vocational Baccalaureate). I then worked in a bistronomic restaurant as a pastry chef before spending a season at the Cheval Blanc palace hotel in Courchevel. I also worked in a fine dining restaurant. I would like to move to Bergen, Norway to further my career and expand my knowledge. I am looking for a restaurant located in Bergen.
