Paediatric Spinal Surgeon, Ireland

Location: Dublin

Salary: €233,527 - €280,513 per annum

The purpose of this post is to provide paediatric orthopaedic elective care across the general spectrum of paediatric orthopaedics, with a subspecialty focus on spine surgery.

Requirements:

2 years experience consulting across paediatric orthopaedics

Credibility as an experienced clinician respected by both clinical and non-clinical teams.

Ability to apply evidence-based decision-making and manage complex service reconfigurations.

Strong leadership, team management, and change management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Knowledge of governance structures, national health programmes, and health sector reforms.

Effective planning, organisational, and risk management skills.

Proficiency in hospital IT systems and data management.

Eligible or registered with the Irish Medical Council under the specialist division
