What you'll do:

•Be the main point of contact for our existing clients – via phone and email.

•Provide professional support while building strong, long-term client relationships.

•Work with multiple internal systems to ensure smooth operations.

What you bring:

•University degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, Business Administration or other related field – an advantage.

•Native level in Hindi (knowledge of additional local languages – a plus!).

•Previous customer service experience – an advantage.

•Strong English communication skills.

•Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.

•Good command of MS Office.
