Your Role As a Remote Business Development and Client Advisor, you will

• Guide senior professionals, especially 50 plus, to create careers and lifestyles that excite them again

• Build your own portfolio within our international advisory team, combining relationship building, mentoring, and purpose-driven business development

• Work with a proven mentoring and success education framework that delivers measurable transformation

• Connect with like-minded leaders and expand your reach online and offline

• Contribute to the growth of our presence across high-income European markets by helping us reach more aligned professionals and shape local visibility strategies

What you bring

• 5 plus years of leadership or client-facing experience in hospitality, tourism, luxury services, aviation, or other fast-paced, client-focused industries

• Strong relationship-building skills and authentic, clear, confident communication in English

• A genuine desire for meaningful, flexible, and self-directed work

• Openness to new work models that are independent and commission-based, while being an integral part of a dedicated leadership team within a growing company

• Passion for helping others unlock their next chapter and create lasting change

• Readiness to redefine success on your own terms (full or part-time) and embrace continuous personal and professional growth
