Description
We are looking for an experienced candidate with strong English communication skills to join our international remote team.
This is a fully remote freelance position.
No cold calling — you will work only with our clients who have been involved in Road Traffic Accidents.
Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer inquiries
Data inputting on a System
Update customer data in the CRM system
Maintain a results-oriented and professional communication style
Working Schedule
5 days a Week - 9am to 5pm (CET)
PAY
3000 DHMS (per month)
Requirements
Fluent English with a British or Irish accent
Stable internet connection
Strong communication
