You'll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and make sure every customer ends the conversation with a positive experience.

What you will be doing:

• Verify customer identity

• Conduct line measurements

• Provide technical support for the customer on their home network

• Arrange hardware replacement

• Book a field service appointment

• Check with other departments about the status of the problem (by phone and in writing)

• Offer alternative services (emergency phone, quick-start router, data volume)

• Conduct sales discussions

 

What you need to succeed:

• Good written and spoken German (C1 level)

• Previous experience in similar role

• Team-oriented approach, as we work in project teams

• Strong service and consulting orientation

• High level of commitment and communication skills

• Strong communication skills

• Punctuality and reliability

• Willingness to learn
