Remote Call Center Operator (Danish, Finnish or Swedish Speaker)

Location: Remote — work from Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam

Working Hours:

Option 1: Full-time, 5/2 (European time, flexible hours possible)

Option 2: Shift schedule, 2/2 rotation, 12-hour shifts (European time)

Salary & Benefits:

Fixed base salary: €1,100/month

Performance bonuses: unlimited

Total monthly income: can exceed €2000 depending on performance

Fully remote — work from anywhere in the specified countries

Freelance contract, stable long-term work

Your Role:

Handle incoming client requests only — no cold calling or sales pressure

Assist clients, answer questions, and guide them through processes

Maintain records of client interactions

Work closely with an international team

Requirements:

Native/fluent Danish, Finnish, or Swedish

Good command of English (for training and team communication)

Stable internet connection

Ability to work full-time
