- Manually picking fruits and vegetables from plants or trees, or using picking tools.
- Sorting and packing the harvested produce into containers, ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Transporting the harvested produce to the packing area.
- Inspecting the produce for quality and removing any damaged or rotten items.
- Keeping records of the crops that have been picked.
- Maintaining farm equipment and machinery.
- Adhering to all safety protocols and farm policies.
- Assisting with planting crops and preparing the fields.
- Pruning plants or trees to enhance the quality and yield of the crops.
- Identifying plant diseases and pests and reporting them to the supervisor.
