Position: Vietnamese Data Management Analyst

Salary: Php 75,000 – Php 90, 000

Location: Mckinley, Taguig City

Schedule: Dayshift, Weekends off

Requirements of the job:

•Vietnamese national currently residing in the Philippines

•Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance

•At least 2-3 years of experience in Data Management

•Working knowledge in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel formulas, conditional formatting, etc.)

•Working knowledge of SAP & Salesforce

Job Responsibilities:

•Provide support to a global manufacturer operating in the Asia-Pacific region.

•Analyze email requests and templates to determine appropriate actions.

•Identify and communicate relevant information to responsible parties in a timely and accurate manner.

•Maintain and update client information and records in the database.

•Assist in investigating and responding to client inquiries, concerns, or escalations promptly.

•Participate in process documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing in accordance with established standards.

•Translate documents between Vietnamese and English as required.

•Provide translation support to the team when needed.
