COMPANY PROFILE: This company has offices in around 190 countries, including the Philippines. They have service centers for different industries like IT Solutions, Sales, BPO (especially HR), Finance and Administration and supply chain. They have been in the industry for over 100 years.

Position: HR Associate

Work Location: Quezon City

Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 78,000

Work Schedule: Night shift Schedule

Work Set-up: Work onsite

Languages: Spanish and English

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

➤ Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).

➤Must have an experience in Spanish Human Resources, preferably in BPO or multinational companies.

➤ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

➤ Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance in the Philippines.

➤ Willing to work night shift onsite in Quezon City.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

➤ Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for Spanish-speaking employees.

➤ Support HR processes such as payroll coordination, benefits administration, and employee relations.

➤ Maintain HR records and reports.

➤ Assist in employee engagement and retention initiatives.

➤ Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR operations.
