Position: Spanish Bilingual Purchase to Pay Specialist

Industry: Shared Services

Location: BGC, Taguig City

Salary Range: Php 70,000 – Php 75,000

Schedule: Shifting Schedule

Work Setup: Hybrid (Onsite once a week & 4 days WFH after training)

Languages: Spanish and English

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

✅ Open to Filipinos & Filipino-Spanish who are fluent in Spanish and English.

✅ Has a degree in Supply Chain Management, BA, or any related field

✅ Proficient in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks

✅ Solid understanding of (P2P) processes

✅ Skilled in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and analysis

✅ Proficient in communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment

✅ Amendable to work on a night shift schedule

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

✅ Reviewing and processing purchase requests from internal stakeholders

✅ Maintaining accurate supplier data and performance metrics

✅ Specify delivery terms, quantities, and payment conditions

✅ Review supplier invoices for accuracy and compliance

✅ Generate payment files and process supplier payments

✅ Review invoices and reconcile payment proposals

✅ Prepare Broker Expense and Bank Reconciliations

✅ Perform other related administrative or accounting tasks as required
