Sales Manager (Asia, based in Bali)
Fixid (FIXID.ae) — a Dubai-based company manufacturing composite sleeves for pipeline repair in the oil & gas industry. We have already successfully entered the South American market (working with our representative in Mexico), and now we are expanding into Asia: Indonesia, Singapore, China, Malaysia, Vietnam, India, Australia, and other countries in the region.
We are looking for a motivated, ambitious, and “hungry” Sales Manager from the CIS region, currently living in Bali, who is ready to become our key person in Asia.
Responsibilities:
• Approach clients in the oil & gas sector and related industries (EPCs, operators, service companies). Business trips are covered.
• Build relationships with engineers, procurement teams, and technical directors.
• Identify projects and opportunities to integrate our solutions.
• Independently develop and implement sales strategies for the region.
• Use our database of clients in Asia, who are already buying similar sleeves from competitors — this gives you a chance to start selling from day one.
Requirements:
• Experience in sales within oil & gas or industrial B2B projects (project sales experience is highly valued).
• Ability to reach the right decision-makers: who to call, how to approach, and how to negotiate.
• English — Upper-Intermediate or higher.
• Ambition and strong drive to earn (we value “hunters,” not “sitters”).
• Existing connections in the oil & gas sector in Asia are an advantage.

• Flexible compensation: base salary commission, or commission-only for those confident in their abilities.

Ищем релоканта из СНГ, инициативного, амбициозного и «голодного» sales manager, который живёт на Бали и готов стать нашим человеком в Азии.
Что нужно делать:
• Выходить на клиентов в нефтегазе и смежных отраслях (EPC, операторы, сервисные компании). Командировки оплачиваем.
• Строить отношения с инженерами, закупщиками, тех. директорами.
• Находить проекты и возможности для включения нашего решения.
• Самостоятельно формировать стратегию продаж в регионе.
• Использовать нашу базу клиентов в Азии, которые уже покупают такие же муфты у конкурентов, — это возможность заходить в продажи с первого дня.
Требования:
• Опыт продаж в нефтегазе / индустриальных B2B-проектах (особенно ценим проектные продажи).
• Умение «достучаться» до нужных людей: кому звонить, как заходить, как вести переговоры.
• Английский язык — Upper-Intermediate и выше.
• Амбициозность, готовность много зарабатывать (мы ценим «охотников», а не «сидельцев»).
• Приветствуются связи и контакты в нефтегазе в Азии.
Условия:
• Формат обсуждаем: ставка процент или только высокий процент (второй вариант для тех, кто уверен в себе).
• Постоянная поддержка и обучение от команды, которая уже «раскачала» Южную Америку.
• Возможность стать ключевым человеком Fixid в Азии.

Skills
Proven B2B sales experience in oil & gas or industrial projects.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Ability to identify and engage key decision-makers (engineers, procurement, directors).
Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate/Advanced).
Ambition, self-drive, and results-oriented mindset.
Advantage: existing network in the Asian oil & gas sector.
