About Us


We are an international travel marketplace specializing in curated experiences across Japan. We connect local guides and suppliers with global travelers, managing bookings, operations, and communications through our digital platform.

We are building our operations team and are seeking a Japan-based Operations Manager to oversee tour operations, supplier coordination, and platform workflows. This remote-friendly role is ideal for someone tech-savvy, highly organized, and experienced in inbound tourism.

Your Responsibilities

1. Manage daily tour operations and schedules across Japan
2. Coordinate with local tour guides, suppliers, and service partners
3. Use our online marketplace and internal tools to track bookings, manage resources, and resolve operational issues
4. Troubleshoot operational or platform issues and communicate clearly with our development team
5. Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality
6. Maintain accurate operational records and reporting

What We're Looking For

1. Fluent professional English (working language). Japanese is a plus
2. Based in Japan with legal authorization to work
3. Proven experience in tourism operations, travel agencies, or DMCs
4. Comfortable with tech platforms, booking systems, spreadsheets, and online dashboards
5. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks independently
6. Excellent communication skills for working with international clients and Japanese suppliers
7. Experience with remote work and independent decision-making is a plus
