Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree (any field)
2. Accredited 120-hour TEFL/TESOL/CELTA/TEYL certification
3. 2 years teaching experience
4. Native English speaker from USA/Canada/UK
5. Currently based in Southeast Asia (Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia) or South America (Argentina, Brazil, etc.)
6. Clear criminal record
7. Excellent communication skills

Tech Requirements:

1. Computer: Intel Core i5 CPU @2.0GHz (4 CPUs), 8GB RAM
2. Internet: 20 Mbps upload/download with cable connection
3. Equipment: Noise-cancelling headset and HD webcam
4. Backup power: UPS with 4-5 hour capacity (if in regions with power interruptions)
5. Environment: Quiet, well-lit teaching space
