Van Media is an international marketing company serving 125 moving companies across the US, Canada, the UK, and Australia. We currently have a team of 25 people, and we are actively expanding and relocating more of our operational infrastructure to Georgia.

As part of this growth, we are hiring a Client Account Manager — someone who will play a key role in managing client relationships and communicating with our English-speaking clients on a daily basis.

taking part in calls, messages, and day-to-day client communication

identifying the real root cause of issues

guiding clients on proper CRM and lead-handling processes

separating what needs to be fixed by the client from what needs to be fixed internally

escalating issues in the right format and with the right context

documenting each case, next steps, and ongoing progress clearly

This is not just a support role or a simple reply-based position.

It is a client-facing role that requires strong communication, accountability, structured thinking, and professionalism.

Important Requirements

Excellent English is essential for this role, because you will be speaking to clients in English and handling client communication in English every single day.

We are looking for someone who can:

speak English fluently and naturally

communicate with clients in a clear, confident, and professional way

explain issues, context, and next steps properly

work comfortably in an English-speaking environment

If your English is not strong enough for real client communication, this role is likely not the right fit.

Requirements

a reliable computer or laptop

fluent English — this is a non-negotiable requirement

clear, natural, and professional communication

minimum commitment of 6 hours per day

preferably 8 hours per day

later shifts can be discussed, since many of our clients are based in the US and the UK

no previous experience or degree is required

Work Format

This role is remote for now. In the future, some roles may move to an office-based or hybrid setup, but any such change would only happen through prior discussion and mutual agreement.
