Part-Time Sales & Onboarding Support
Shanghai, China

Description
About the Platform
This is a remote opportunity to support a growing jewelry customization platform backed by a
well-established U.S.-based company with over 40 years of industry experience. The platform
helps independent North American jewelry retailers — especially small family-owned stores —
offer personalized, made-to-order products using 3D technology and zero inventory. Thousands
of retailers have applied to explore the platform. We are now building a China-based support
team to help guide them through setup and onboarding.
Your Responsibilities
• Follow up with retailers who submitted applications (via email, text, or video call)
• Schedule and host 1-on-1 onboarding sessions in English
• Answer platform-related questions or liaise with internal tech team
• Maintain clear records and weekly reports
• Support better user experience and conversion from signup to active use
Who You Are
• Based in mainland China (preferably in Shanghai for time zone alignment)
• Native English speaker or fully fluent in English
• Professional, patient communicator with strong follow-through
• Familiar with tools like Gmail, Zoom, Google Sheets, WeCom, etc.
• Background in customer service, sales, or jewelry is a plus
• Available 10 hours/week with flexible remote scheduling
Compensation
• 250 RMB/hour
• 10-hour minimum weekly pay, even if workload is lighter
• 2% commission for wholesale orders from accounts you maintain
• Paid training, billed hourly
• Fully remote; work via email, text, and conference calls
Why This Role Matters
Retailers today need human support to embrace new platforms. This role gives you the chance
to work with small business owners across North America, helping them adopt a modern jewelry
solution — backed by a legacy company.
