�� What You'll Do

As our eCampus Partnership Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of global education by:

✔ Building strategic partnerships with universities in emerging markets

✔ Engaging senior academic leaders and developing tailored proposals

✔ Leading negotiations, managing agreements, and guiding onboarding

✔ Monitoring market trends and advising the CEO directly

✔ Strengthening eCampus's global visibility and reputation

This role directly impacts thousands of learners by opening doors to high-quality, accessible education worldwide.

�� What Success Looks Like

We're looking for someone who can:

✨ Secure at least 10 new university partnerships per year

✨ Build strong, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders

✨ Strengthen our global brand presence across higher education

✨ Ensure high partner satisfaction, retention, and smooth collaboration

✨ Stay informed on regulatory and policy environments worldwide

�� Qualifications

Required:

• Master's degree in Business, International Relations, Education Management, or a related field

• 7 years in international BD, partnerships, or global B2B sales

• Proven experience negotiating with senior executives

• Excellent communication and cross-cultural skills

Preferred:

• Experience in higher education

• Multilingual abilities

• Background in multi-market project or partnership management
