Provide administrative assistance to the HR team, including tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate travel arrangements.
Coordinate new employee onboarding processes, including preparing orientation materials, conducting benefits enrollment, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, benefits information, and performance data.
Assist with benefits administration, including open enrollment, benefits communications, and resolving employee benefits-related issues.
Compliance to ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies, including reporting requirements and record-keeping obligations.
Communication Provide excellent customer service to employees, management, and external partners, responding to HR-related inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
