Spacious 4-Bedroom House | Private Pool, Large Terrace & A/C – Empuriabrava

We are renting our house in Empuriabrava, Costa Brava, located in the quiet residential area of Sant Maurici.

The house has two floors, four bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them en-suite. There are six beds in total, with an additional sofa bed in the living room.

The house is fully air-conditioned and offers a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, large fridge and coffee machine. There is also a private swimming pool and a large terrace, which is ideal for having breakfast, enjoying a meal outside or simply spending time outdoors. A BBQ is available as well.

The property is fully enclosed and has a private entrance. There is private parking for up to two cars inside the property, with additional parking available directly in front of the house.

The location is quiet and residential, with many German residents. The canals, supermarkets, restaurants and a laundry are all within approximately 5 minutes' walking distance. The beach is around 900 metres away, and there is a large park right next to the house ideal for children, exercising, walking, etc.

The house offers plenty of privacy while still being close to everything you need for everyday life. It can be suitable for families, couples or people looking to spend several months or longer in the Costa Brava.

Pets are unfortunately not allowed and smoking is not permitted inside the house.
