I would like to know whats the mean of iqama in white category.

It means no Saudis in the company. I strongly believe such companies are highly risky to stay in. They'll be force to shut down among the first.

Hey TLL,
yea you are right, and for them you don't need any permission to transfer sponsorship I believe.

My Iqama is under White category so that I wanted to take release from present kafeel. Please let me know transfer procedure from present kafeel to new kafeel.
Release letter is not required if the sponser is in white. Is that right? How about the Transfer papers. Do we need transfer papers from kafeel even though he is in white category Or else Shall I ignore the kafeel and transfer will happen only with the demand letter of the new kafeel in green category. Please let me know.
