Looking for Apartment / Reliable Real Estate Agents in Tehran (online)

I'm moving to Tehran in about 2 weeks for 3 months and finding a suitable place to live seems kind of difficult. Any suggestions for reliable estate agents with an online portfolio would be much appreciated.
OR if anyone knows of any apartments for rent...See specs below:
- Elahiyeh, Tajrish, Velenjak or nearby areas.
- Budget around $1000 a month
- Furnished
- Apartment size does not matter at all to keep to the budget

if you don't know Farsi, I propose to find someone who knows,,be aware that you'd better have a native friend of a lawyer for renting the room,
