"VISA D" based on marriage help me

im michel and I got married in December 2012 in tunisia my wife is actually now in Ukraine and Now I'm planning go to Ukraine and with a "VISA D".
Can I apply for a visa with the marriage certificate?
ineed letter invitation from my wife ?
so if eny one have idea and inforamtion the procedure to take visa d help me and thanks in the end.

If your wife is a Ukrainian citizen then you just need to provide your marriage certificate. If she is a foreign (not Ukrainian) citizen then she will need to prepare the invitation letter.
