Emigrate to Belarus as a computer engineer

Hello. I am Cuban, I studied computer engineering and I have 6 years of work experience. My husband and I want to go live and work in Belarus. I don't know the language, but I heard that it is enough to know English to find a job as a software developer. Please, if someone who has experience in how to find work in this field can guide me or help me, I will be very grateful
