Job enquiries in Cayman.

Gordon Barlow

Anybody seriously looking for a job in Cayman - and this advice probably applies to every country - should tell us what online research they have already done. Zero research warrants zero response. Also, proof-read your letter of enquiry. Typing errors and incorrect grammar also deserve no response.

Completely agree. If someone is serious about working in Cayman, the minimum expectation is that they’ve already looked into immigration rules, work permits, and job sectors. When an enquiry shows zero effort and is full of errors, it signals they aren’t ready for a competitive job market. A well-researched, well-written question gets far better engagement.
