Great pictures of Port Sudan and Khartoum. Having been to both places, I must say some of the photography is awesome.

Great pics!

I was in Sudan for 2 weeks in 2006 visiting my boyfriend (he is american but was working there at the time) now husband, and he said I couldnt take pics, ppl would not allowed me to take pics, so I took few pics from inside his car. And I actually wore tank shirt at most of time, I knew about the dress code, but I though I would find some tourist wearing shoulders off....ppl just stop and stared at us, but nobody said anything. I also remember going to the mall and 40-45C outside and inside lol They didnt have any a/c in the mall, only few vents in the corners. My husband loved to live there, he stayed there for 5 months, but I dont know if I could live there without wearing shorts and tank shirts! Its soooooooo hot to wear jeans everyday...
