Hello Yoginis! I'm Cecilia, a Yoga and Pilates instructor in Figueira da Foz, in the Coimbra region of Portugal. For the past three years, I've been sharing my passion here and developing a community of locals and expats centered around Yoga and Pilates. I offer classes for expats in French and English, as well as classes in Portuguese. If you'd like to meet some friends while practicing a new discipline that combines well-being, movement, and breath, please don't hesitate to contact me and join us! Cecilia Ioga
