Select Headhunter Indonesia

Select Headhunter Indonesia is a boutique executive search firm headquartered in Jakarta, founded in 2021 by a recruitment leader with more than 30 years' experience across 11 countries.

We help local and multinational companies hire mid-to-senior and executive talent across Indonesia. Rather than relying on job advertisements, our consultants run proactive searches to identify and approach the best passive candidates in each market.

Our team is organised into four specialist divisions:

Consumer: FMCG, retail, hospitality, food service, pharmaceuticals and wellness

Industrial: manufacturing, engineering, construction, agriculture, logistics, natural resources and power

Professional: banking and finance, insurance, legal, education, property and professional services

Technology: telecommunications, IT, software, fintech, e-commerce, AI and cyber security

Alongside executive search, we offer recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), talent mapping, Employer of Record (EOR) and outplacement services.
